East Meets West China Bistro, or “China Bistro” as our customers call it, has been in business since 1999, but its owners Jason and Eileen Teng have been in the restaurant business for 20 years and have used their experience to bring customers an unparalleled dining experience. We serve Mandarin cuisine from the Sichuan province in China with our own special flair to create a menu filled with epicurean delight for distinguishing pallets and newcomers alike.
